It is deliberately NOT a CRM: you keep your sequencer and your CRM, and Ricky stacks the channels email can't reach, syncing outcomes back to your stack.

Every plan includes the full layer: sequencer sync, unified inbox, and 10DLC/opt-out compliance. An SMS segment is ~160 plain-text characters (~70 with emoji); longer messages use multiple segments.

## How it works

1. Your sequencer keeps sending the emails, exactly as configured. Ricky syncs the sequence and watches opens, clicks, and replies in real time.
2. No reply by the step you choose? Ricky stacks an SMS on the same lead — same thread, opt-outs and quiet hours handled.
3. Warm leads hit the power dialer; cold ones get the AI dialer. The AI qualifies, books meetings, and live-transfers hot leads to a rep. Reps only pick up for live transfers.
